Holiday Angels 2022

Farmington Youth Assistance is accepting applications for its Annual Holiday Angels program now through Friday, November 18th, 2022. This program provides holiday assistance for youth ages 13-17 (or high school senior) in the community who fulfill the criteria listed below. Please complete the form carefully by providing correct information and by signing the disclaimer below.

  • Please keep in mind, we don’t receive any electronic goods such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, computers.

The health and safety of our families, volunteers, community, and employees are our highest priority. During this time, our Youth Assistance offices will be physically closed, and our community events will be suspended However, our caseworkers are available remotely, and will continue to provide prevention resources and services.

If you need to speak to someone immediately, contact Youth Assistance central office at (248) 858-0051.

In case of an emergency contact Common Ground at (800) 231-1127, or your local hospital.

Please be patient as we figure out the best way to assist our families during these unprecedented times.
